Mine takes awhile that is certain, especially if you are around buildings or trees (obstructions to satellites). One thing that is supposed to help is regularly running the "HP iPAQ GPS QK Position" program that comes with the phone. Once I do get a couple satellite streams connected then it seems I don't have much trouble.

I am not sure I would trust those guys at the HP call center. But it might be a question whether it is supported on Windows Mobile 6.1. You could always try it out. I will I knew more to tell you.

I am using ALK's CoPilot Live and I like it just fine, but it can be a bit quirky, but I bet most made for PocketPC GPS programs are like that.

I use to have the 6945, and you are right, feature wise this device is awesome. One thing i miss about my 6945 is the big screen and super loud volume but as we all know nothing in life is perfect.
Now to my question i bought the $149 Navteq Gps software from my 6945 and it worked great.
I called Hp to ask and the said they didn't support it with 910c. Is there a way around it or i will have to bite the bullet and but another software.

Hi christian,
I'd love to provide more explanation, but I'm not sure where to start. Are you looking for more feedback on the iPAQ 910c?

Hi Greg! Thanks for the feedback and reminder. I'm still getting all of the switches turned on after migrating to this new content management platform.

Thanks for the great review on the HP iPAQ 910c. Have you ever thought about adding Adsense to monetize your site?
